Hire Administrator

Welfare Hire Nationwide Ltd is the market leader in mobile welfare and lighting, with the largest and most modern fleet in the UK. Following significant investment, the business is continuing to expand and is currently recruiting for a Hire Desk Administrator to support our existing Hire Desk function. This role will suit an outgoing, proactive, and highly organised individual.

You will identify areas of improvement within the team, provide robust and reliable analytical support and develop relationships with internal and external customers to maximise all opportunities of Welfare Hire Nationwide. You will have the ability to understand the business needs and build continuity of success through the brand.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for an excellent team player with good communication skills who’s comfortable talking to customers through a diverse mix of sectors about their need to hire equipment. You will need a good standard of IT skills, especially with Microsoft packages, and the ability to effectively operate and manage our in-house hire system. Previous experience of the Hire sector is preferred.
