We are incredibly excited to welcome Frank Watson, our new Regional Sales Manager for Scotland, to Welfare Hire Nationwide. Born and raised in Glasgow, Frank joins The Kelling Group with a wealth of experience and brings with him the passion and knowledge to grow Welfare Hire across the whole of Scotland.

A Journey Rooted in Passion and Dedication

Frank Watson’s extensive sales background is a testament to his dedication and drive. Starting in the automotive industry at just 16 years old as a Tyre and Exhaust Fitter, Frank quickly ascended to the role of Area Sales Manager by the time he was 19. His entrepreneurial spirit shone through when he launched his own automotive business at the young age of 20. Under his leadership, the business flourished, employing 12 members of staff.

Despite his success, Frank made the heartfelt decision to sell his thriving business to spend more quality time with his family. With two young children, Luci, then 2 years old, and newborn Kai, Frank devoted time to his family before re-entering the professional world.

Frank Watson is not only a dedicated professional but is also devoted to his family. During a memorable family holiday in Tenerife, he made a heartfelt promise to his wife, Claire, and their two young children, Luci, and Kai, to bring more joy into their lives by getting a dog. True to his word, upon their return, they welcomed their beloved Cockerpoo, Tedi, into the family. This promise and the addition of Tedi highlight Frank’s deep commitment to his family, always striving to create a loving and fulfilling home environment.

A Proven Leader in the Chemical Industry

Frank’s professional journey continued in the chemical industry, where he dedicated 17 years to honing his skills and expertise. Starting as a salesperson, Frank’s commitment and proficiency propelled him to the position of Regional Sales Manager for the whole of Scotland. His experience spans various products and industries, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of diverse business needs.

Bringing Enthusiasm and Expertise to Welfare Hire

Frank brings with him an enthusiasm for our Welfare Hire products, extensive knowledge of working with a wide range of businesses and industries across Scotland, and a passion for delivering the right products to customers. In his short time as Regional Sales Manager for Scotland, Frank has already identified a significant opportunity within the market.
