Working hours: Mon – Fri, 8am – 5pm, 40 hours per week
Job Function: To create persuasive marketing campaigns and materials, in line with corporate brand guidelines, to increase awareness of the Group’s companies and products and to convert potential leads to sales.
Reporting to: Marketing Manager
Collaborating with: Sales & Hire teams, internal colleagues, customers, external partners and other key stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating dynamic, multi-channel marketing campaigns, with an eye for creative and professional visual design. Our new Marketing Coordinator will have a grounding in marketing understanding, a willingness to use a wide range of marketing tools and a flair for design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creation of marketing campaigns for key products & services.
- Developing creative and efficient ways of communicating our message within the industries we serve.
- Production and editing of marketing collateral, using appropriate tools, such as InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva etc.
- Production of photographic and video assets and editing of them using Photoshop and Premiere Pro.
- Creating targeted multimedia content for digital platforms, including online and social media channels, as well as eshots.
- Developing creative and engaging social media campaigns and content, boosting engagement and followers.
- Assisting in ensuring the company website is always up to date.
- Creating & managing internal and external events, including industry shows, demonstration/innovation days and other customer-facing initiatives.
- Reaching out to customers using mass email tools.
- Assisting with the creation of blogs, suggesting new & relevant content and checking writing for accuracy and tone.
- Working with external marketing agencies and suppliers to produce the best result.
- Monitoring, tracking & analysing marketing data and proactively responding to it.
Requirements:
- Relevant marketing qualification.
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar marketing role.
- Relevant qualifications and degree (2:1 or higher)
- Flexible attitude to adapt to different marketing tools as needed.
- Interest in photography and design, including ability to modify designs to different platforms.
- Experience and understanding of social media.
- Ability to master, with appropriate support, a range of marketing communications tools such as Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Canva, mass email software and our website management system.
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage dynamic workloads.
- High attention to detail and excellent proficiency in English.
